| Sherwin has over 30 years of experience in public accounting. His career includes five years in the Financial Services Audit Division of Arthur Andersen & Co. and two years with Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte Touche). He then partnered with a friend, Sheldon Weiner, and formed the firm of Weiner & Brook, eventually merging it into the firm that is now BrookWeiner. Through the years, Sherwin has successfully handled and resolved accounting issues and provided professional advice for a broad spectrum of clients. |

| Charles has over 35 years experience in the accounting profession, and has recently become part of the BrookWeiner LLC family. Upon graduation from DePaul University he started working for Arthur Andersen & Co. as a staff accountant. A couple of years later he became a manager with two smaller firms in the Chicago area. In 1982, Charles started a very successful private practice firm, Natarelli & Associates. In January 2008, he decided to bring his vast wealth of knowledge and experience as a member of BrookWeiner LLC. |
